Warranty Coverage:

This warranty covers both parts and labor for all auto repairs performed by Groat's Garage LLC. for a period of 12 months from the date of completion of the repair service. The terms and conditions outlined below apply to any repairs or services rendered during the warranty period.

1. Coverage:

• Parts: All replacement parts used in the repair are covered under this warranty, ensuring that if a defect is found in any part due to workmanship or material failure, the part will be replaced at no charge to the customer.
• Labor: The labor involved in the repair is covered, meaning any rework required due to issues stemming from the original repair will be performed at no charge.

2. Warranty Period: 

This warranty is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the completed repair or service.

3. Conditions:

• The vehicle must be operated under normal driving conditions.
• This warranty is void if the vehicle is involved in an accident, abused, or modified in a way that could affect the performance of the repairs or parts.
• The warranty applies only to the original customer who had the repair performed and is non-transferable.
• The vehicle must be serviced and maintained according to the manufacturer's recommended schedule to remain eligible for the warranty.

4. Exclusions:

• Regular wear and tear (e.g., brake pads, belts, etc.).
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance after the repair.
• Warranty does not cover services or parts that were not part of the original repair.
• Electrical issues or failures caused by external factors like power surges or faulty charging systems.
• Any failure due to modifications not performed by the Groat's Garage LLC.

5. Warranty Claims:

• To make a claim under this warranty, the customer must return the vehicle to Groat's Garage LLC for inspection and diagnosis within the warranty period.
• The customer must provide a copy of the original repair invoice.
• If the repair is determined to be covered under this warranty, the Company will replace the defective part or redo the labor at no cost to the customer.

6. Limitations:

• This warranty does not cover consequential or incidental damages (e.g., rental car costs, loss of use of the vehicle).
• The maximum liability of the Company under this warranty is limited to the original cost of the repair, including parts and labor.
• This warranty excludes parts provided by customer or purchased from an unapproved source
• This warranty excludes used parts that do not come with their own warranty. In the case a used part comes with warranty this does not cover labor 

7. Transferability: 

This warranty is not transferable. It applies only to the original customer who had the repair performed.

8. Warranty Service Location: 

Warranty services must be performed at Groat's Garage LLC's location unless otherwise authorized by Groat's Garage LLC.

9. Final Discretion: The Company reserves the right to determine the appropriate method for correcting any warranty claim, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

10. Acceptance: By accepting the services of Groat's Garage LLC, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty.

At Groat's Garage LLC, we strive to provide thorough and accurate diagnostics for your vehicle at a fair and transparent cost. Below are the terms of our diagnostic service policy:

1. Free Diagnostics with Repair Agreement:

• If you choose to proceed with the recommended repair after receiving a diagnostic, the diagnostic service is free of charge.
• The cost of the diagnostic will be fully waived if you authorize the repair before or immediately after the diagnostic is completed.

2. Diagnostic Charge Without Repair:

• If you decide not to proceed with the recommended repair after the diagnostic has been completed, the diagnostic service will be billed as a minimum of 1 hour of labor at our standard labor rate.
• The diagnostic charge will apply regardless of the outcome of the diagnostic service if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair.

3. Scope of Diagnostic Service:

• The diagnostic service includes identifying and evaluating the specific issue affecting your vehicle, running necessary tests, and providing a detailed explanation of the problem and recommended repairs.
• If further diagnostics or additional time is required beyond the initial assessment, the customer will be notified, and charges will be discussed before proceeding.

4. Transparency:

• Our technicians will communicate the estimated time required for the diagnostic service before beginning any work.
• We will always inform you of any charges that may apply, especially if the diagnostic process is more complex than initially expected.

5. Payment for Diagnostics:

• If a diagnostic charge applies, payment is due upon completion of the diagnostic service.
• In the event you decide not to proceed with the repair, the diagnostic charge is separate from any repair costs and will be billed accordingly.

6. Exceptions:

• This policy applies only to standard diagnostic services. Special diagnostics or repairs (e.g., complicated electrical systems or labor-intensive testing) may be subject to additional charges, which will be discussed with you in advance.

7. Customer Acknowledgment:

• By authorizing diagnostic work on your vehicle, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
